Q: What is a taste?
A:  A taste is a 7 inch sample plate.

Q: How much does a taste cost?
A: On average tastes range from $2.00 to $4.00

Q: Can I pay with cash or credit cards?
A: As a world traveler you’ll convert your cash into our official event currency Chevere coins. One USD equals One Chevere. dollar. Currency exchange booths are located at each entrance and also throughout the event venue. For your convenience ATM machines are also available throughout the event.

Q: What cuisines are represented?
A:  Cuisines from Africa, Asia, Europe, Oceania, and the Americas.

Q: Is there entertainment?
A : Yes. In addition to our musical headliner and celebrity Judges we have music, dance, and comedy competitions, jugglers, stilt-walkers, and cirque style performers.

Q: What other attractions are there?
A: In addition to our five continents of cuisine we construct five Pavilions:
* Green World  * Children’s World  * Healthy World * World Travel * Technology World

A:  Yes, we offer several ticket options

Q: Is there Parking available?
A: Yes, parking can be found along city streets or in parking lots throughout the city


Q: Is there recycling at the event?
A: The Los Angeles Taste of the World Festival is acutely aware of the environmental impact such a large festival may have and strives to promote recycling, not just to vendors and performers but to all Festival attendees. Recyclable waste containers, clearly marked, will be available throughout the festival grounds, as well as within vendor and performance areas. Emcee's will promote recycling via multiple announcements from the performance stage throughout the festival.
